Mail Forwarding, Scanning and Handling:
- You can select to have your New York mail forwarded on a weekly or monthly basis. We can forward your mail across town, or across the world. The service charge is $2 for the first item, then $0.50 cents per additional item plus the cost of shipping on each forwarding schedule.
- You receive a scan of each received envelope when it arrives at the office. This add-on service is $10 a month on a bi-annual basis. Shorter terms are available at $15 for 1-month or $25 for 2-months of service.
- Mail pickup is available by appointment and is a flat $3 per pickup.
- Air printed matter, small packet/air parcel post, forwarding of any mail or parcel requiring additional paperwork or standard customs forms: $3 plus applicable forwarding fees listed above and postage.
- USPS express/priority mail service, UPS, DHL, FedEx or other courier forwarding of mail or requiring extended address forms: $3 plus applicable forwarding fees listed above and postage.
- All rates are subject to change.
Meeting Room and Private Suite:
- Available at $25 per hour on a as- needed-basis
Initial Account Activity Deposit:
- An initial $25 deposit required for any activity costs.
